We have listed the answers to the most frequently questions we were asked. Don't hesitate to call us if you don't find the information you are looking for.

Physical conditions

NO : to access our courses, the height is important but not the age. Children who measure more than 1m (approx. 4 – 7 years old) can go on the Children’s Course regardless their age, participants who measure more than 1m20 (approx. 7 – 10 years old) can go on the Junior Course and participants who measure more than 1m40 can go on the Grand Course (approx. over 10 years old). We can measure your children on site. Our staff have the right to turn down anyone who does not fulfil these conditions.

YES: The maximum weight to go on our courses is 136kg.

Equipment

YES : sports clothes and closed shoes are recommended. Long hair must be tied back, glasses must be attached and scarves and jewelry must be removed. You can leave your personal belongings at the equipment cabin but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

NO : gloves are not part of our equipment as they are not required on our zip lines. If you want to wear gloves for more comfort, bring some cycling gloves along. Pair of gloves are on sale at the reception desk. Several sizes are offered at the price of 3€/pair.

YES : if your forget to tie your hair back, elastic bands are available at the equipement area

NO : our equipment is compliant with the European standard and must undergo daily inspections. Each kit (harness, lanyard, Pouliz and helmet) is numbered and has a corresponding index card which allows us to have an updated IT file for each kit.

We equip each participant. You are not allowed to put on or remove your equipment by yourself. Instructors are there to assist you.

Bookings

NO : the price you will pay is according to which course you select. Each of our courses, the Children’s Course , the Junior Course the Grand Course consist of 4 loops of increasing difficulty. We also have a selection of other activities to extend your adventure (activity and annual passes).

It all depends on the participants’ physical condition, on their experience on this type of activity, on the course chosen and on how busy the course is. The durations are therefore given as an indication only. On average each loop takes 15-30min, 1h for the Children’s Course, 2h for the Junior Course and 2h30 for the Grand Course.

YES : Booking is obligatory. Therefore you can directly book online through the “Book” section.

YES : you must pre-book our activites. A deposit will be required at least 72 hours in advance to confirm your booking (if not specified otherwise). A quote will first be issued, specifying the date, time, event details and price. The booking will be confirmed once the quote is returned signed and the deposit received. We recommend that you book at least 72h ahead.

Our courses are accessible even if it rains. If you wish to postpone or cancel, please let us know at least the day before by email or by phone. We will do our best to find you another suitable date.

Our courses are accessible even if it rains. If you have to postpone your event, please let us know by email or by phone at least 48h before the event. We will do our best to find another suitable date. In case you booked a package including food, cancellations and postponings must be made 72h in advance.

In case of a storm, strong wind, or unusual heavy rain, our instructors will help you to safely finish the activity as quickly as possible. The course will close down temporarily until the weather improves and you will be able to resume your courses. Should the opposite occur and we cannot re-open, you will be given a voucher to be used another time. No refunds will be issued.

You can be refunded under the following circumstances. 1)You decide not to do the course after the safety brief 2)You have completed the 1st loop but you don’t feel physically or mentally capable of going any further. In case of bad weather conditions: see above.

NO : your entry is valid for 1 day only. You can have a break but once you have left the site it is definite.

Security

We take you through all the safety instructions which you will put to practice on a few obstacles before you can go on the course. We ask you to pay attention during the brief as we have the right to forbid you from accessing the course if you are not able to execute the instructions. Any dangerous behaviour will also result in the termination of all activities. Any person not feeling able to, physically and/or morally, evolve correctly by themselves on the first course has to give up the idea of continuing. They will therefore be entirly refunded. Be carefull not to overestimate yourself and to adapt your choice of acitivity according to your physical abilities.

Our courses are equipped with a continuous belay system, children above 6 years old and taller than 1.10m can do the course alone. However minors must be supervised from at least one accompagnying adult on the ground, following them along the tracks. An adult will be required to accompany in the trees children who are less than 1.10m tall and below 6 years old.

YES : you can accompany participants on the trails throughout the forest. You will have to stick to the trails and and follow the instructions given during the safety brief. In case of a problem you can inform our instructors. Smoking is forbidden in the forest and dogs must be kept on leads.

After the safety brief, the instructors do rounds in the forest while the participants evolve independently on the activities. The instructors check on the participants and assist them if necessary. A whistle in a sterilised bag can be found on your harness, to be used in case of difficulty only.

Payment

YES : we accept chèques-vacances even at our Snackbar but we cannot give any change back.

YES : you can pay on site with cash or a credit card. We do not accept American Express however.

Snacking

YES : we have a picnic area. Bins are at your disposal, we thank you for leaving the site clean.

We sell drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate), snacks the whole season. Crepes, and sandwiches during the summer only.
